మెడికల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ సంబంధించి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ యందు మొత్తం 28 మెడికల్ కాలేజీలు వైద్య విద్యను అందిస్తున్నాయి. ఇందులో ఆంధ్ర యూనివర్సిటీ పరిధిలో 17 మెడికల్ కాలేజీలు, శ్రీ వెంకటేశ్వర యూనివర్సిటీ పరిధిలో 11 మెడికల్ కాలేజీలు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి. ఇందులో 18 ప్రైవేటు మెడికల్ కాలేజీలు, 10 ప్రభుత్వ మెడికల్ కాలేజీలు ఉన్నాయి. వీటిలో యూజీ, పీజీ, డిప్లొమా మరియు సూపర్-స్పెషాలిటీ స్థాయిలో 50 కరకాలకు పైగా మెడికల్ కోర్సులు అందిస్తుంది. అడ్మిషన్లు నీట్ యూజీ & పీజీ ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష ద్వారా నిర్వహిస్తారు.
